Bulk delete class enrolments

Adding the option to bulk cancel and delete enrolments from a class. At the moment, you can bulk set outcomes, but have to cancel the enrolment and delete candidates manually one by one.

  This would be a real time saver - also if deleting an enrolment either prompted or automatically deleted all the assessments, elearning, sessions etc that were attached to the enrolment.
