Hi,

We are having difficulties with the new calendar function. Is there a way in which we could display the Class/Group name to be displayed in the calendar (The way it was) instead of the Workshop name?

Or can we have it so that the Workshop Name defaults to the Class/Group Name instead of the unit being delivered?

  Hi Ben, it is possible to specify the naming convention of the workshops at the point of timetabling a class, which may be of assistance. See the "Session Names" field in the screenshot in the following help article: https://axcelerate.atlassian.net/wiki/display/AH/Timetable+Class (note that the first option in the screenshot is the program code as multiple units are being timetabled simultaneously).
