Dashboard - Follow Ups
Currently follow up tasks on dashboards only display the following:
- Organisation
- Contact
- Email
- Phone
- Follow-up Date
Is there anyway a Category/Type of a follow up could be added as this would make it easier to manage follow up tasks from a glance especially when receiving multiple per day or does anyone have any suggestions about managing hundreds of follow ups.

This isn't addressing your question, Olivia, but is another issue we would like feedback on from others regarding the Dashboard Follow Ups - we would find it more useful if the Phone field was the mobile phone number rather than work number as have found we are far more likely to reach someone via mobile rather than work number.

I would also like a display showing the note that was recorded at the time the follow up was made. This would provide an at a glance view about the reason for the follow up.
As a side point, when viewing individual follow-up tasks, does anyone else see it as problematic that it doesn't show you the note that was recorded at the follow up was created?This only applies to the new "Follow- Up Tasks" which at best will display the last contact note. i.e. if additional contact notes are added after the task was created then there is no way to know what note the follow-up was in relation to.
This does not apply to the old "legacy follow-ups" which will display the note recorded at the time the follow-up was created.
