Enrol into a subject only rather than linking it to a qualification

It would be great to be able to enrol students into a subject only rather than finding a qualification that has the subject.   We run a few short courses

  Yes agree.  We have pre-requisites like 'Orientation' and 'LLN'.  Both arn't actual units for a qualification.  We have to run these separate and record separately.  Very frustrating.
