we are wanting to maintain evidence that a student has downloaded or at least accepted that they have seen a document. Im thinking of embedding the document into an assessment and getting them to acknowledge it there - does anyone have any suggestions of other ways to do this ?

  Hi Adrian,

  We currently send out an agreement for one particular cohort. Not the most ideal...

  Alternatively, if you add it to learning that requires a declaration. Again, not ideal, but two thoughts on how to currently manage.

  thanks, Tom,

  I ended up just making it a training resource, embedding it as a link in a standard online assessment with the requirement for student signature stating they have accessed it. As you say not ideal but does the job.  Thanks for your thoughts ..
