Seeking Feedback from other RTOs on live attendance reporting
With aXcelerate lacking live reporting functionality for attendance, how are other RTOs managing this in the VET in Schools (VETiS) space?
Currently, we find it extremely time-consuming to manually update spreadsheets and email them to individual schools each morning. As we continue to experience rapid growth, this process is becoming unsustainable.
We’re interested in learning how other RTOs handle attendance reporting—are you reporting same-day, day-after, or weekly? Any recommendations or strategies would be greatly appreciated!

I have created an ELICOS plugin for aXcelerate that allows RTOs manage their ELICOS programs.
Part of that plugin might be handy for you as it deals with attendance and sending campus managers notifications each day on any issues with attendance (including when a trainer did not mark attendance for a session the previous day).
I am happy to tweak it for you and have it populate Excel spreadsheets and send those automatically to contacts that need to receive them.
