Hide the duplicate question button in assessment authoring when questions are opened (draft status)

When you are in the assessment authoring screen, there are 2 options displayed on the right hand side of each question:

1. Delete

2. Duplicate 

As soon as you open a question the 'delete' option no longer appears for any other question, however the 'duplicate' button is still available on all questions.

Could the 'duplicate' button behave the same as the 'delete button' and be hidden when editing other questions please?

  Hi, Whilst I may understand the concern about possible deletion or copying, I have to admit I'd rather keep these functions as I often use template to create standardised assessments eg Quiz, or other.
  Also, sometimes in a build I may duplicate a question to preserve some feature but change other elements. 
  If there's a setting that turns the visibility of the delete/duplicate buttons I would be ok with that.

  Hi Martin, I'd like to keep these features as they are great but would prefer them both to be temporarily 'hidden' when opening and editing a question. I hope that makes more sense, thanks.
