Qualification Auto Archive Date

When a qualification becomes superseded, it would be helpful if we can input a teach out date against the qualification so it auto archives/deactivates on this date.

  Thank you for your suggestion.

  The ability to mark Qualifications and UoC with a teach-out period will greatly assist with managing enrolments that may not be completed prior to the end of the period

  By blocking or warning a user enrolling new students that there has been a teach-out period applied before proceeding.

  I've passed on this feedback to our Product Team.

  This is a great idea Bekky! There is currently only a review date but a status (superseded) and an expiry date would be really helpful. Perhaps an auto email would be good before it auto archives the qualification.

  I absolutely love the idea of having a specific place to enter the teach-out date! It would be awesome if we could also categorise a qualification as superseded as well. The auto archive would be something I would want to test before using so having the option to turn this on and off at the RTO level would be great and being able to set up notification emails via a workflow based on teach-out dates would be fabulous for compliance.

   

  Also having the option to archive units that are only in that one qualification in bulk rather than having to archive them individually would also be great.
