email template to include Manager/Supervisor in Copy to

It would be very beneficial if manual email templates had the option to also be sent to that contacts Manager/Supervisor. Currently we have to manually enter in each individuals email of there manager and its time consuming. Where it could be added is displayed below by a red arrow

  Hi Steven,
  
  Have you thought about adding the Manager/Supervisor to the 'Key Contacts' for the organisation? 

  That way, they will appear in the top left column, all you have to do is select their name and the email/template will be sent to them as well.
