    Hi Andrew

Are you using Learning Plans? They should allow you to order learning materials & assessments in whichever order that you desire.

    Hi Mark -

Yes we are, however each of the topics seem locked in their position. We select topics may be completed in any order as we are on site and will run 4+ units concurrently over the space of the term. However with this selected, it seems there is no way to move a Topic up or down in the list.

Are you able to detail how we can re-order topics if we have missed something? :)

    Hi Andrew

You won't be able to modify published Learning Plans - are you definitely in Live Edit mode?

You can toggle that in the top-right of the editor window.

I figure Andrew may be talking about the limit editing capability in a published Learning Plan. Sometimes LPs are built and published and we think of a new idea or would like to change order of units presenting. However these things cant be done in a Published Plan.
Please correct me if wrong Andrew.

Anyway I support giving more flexibility in editing a Plan after publishing - RTO land often has to deal with change (unit swaps etc after a Plan has been created.
    Just my 2 cents :)

If the question is as Martin stated, we would love this too.  We have a feedback module with a Course Feedback 'assessment' (quiz / survey) at the end of LPs.  If we need to add another module due to a change in the qualification or swapping electives to improve student value, the new module adds beneath the feedback module.

Because we cannot reorder the modules, we need to make a new learning plan, make a new class and scope, add the learning plan to them, and adjust future programs to use that new information moving forward so prior classes aren't affected competency-wise.  At least as far as my understanding goes, that's the only way I could roll that out.

Being able to edit/reorder items in published learning plans would be great.

Ah - Martin Jones - you're exactly right! It makes sense you can re-order before publishing, but I've realised we spend 95% of our year in Published learning plans that I hadn't realised to clarify in the initial comment.

As others have mentioned - the ability to re-order in a published learning plan would be great. We're in exactly the same position as Matt above - we added an end of learning form into a topic, but then needed to add 2 additional topics towards the end of the year, which has left this form in the middle of the topics list where we would rather it sit at the end.

    Hi everyone

I've just tested this out with a new class and enrolment - and I'm able to reorder activities. Are you able to confirm if you are following the same steps?

Hi Mark, I think it is being able to reorder the modules that they are suggesting, that is what I would like the ability to be able to do.

Correct Pip.  Appreciate the video, Mark, however it is as Pip suggested - we are wanting to be able to reorder the modules themselves in an existing learning plan. It seems from Andrew's response that is what he was chasing, too.

Yeah, it's about the modules in my case too.
