Multiple global 'Sender' email addresses
We have multiple departments within our RTO who are required to send email communications to students and organisations within aXcelerate, these emails need to be sent from another company email address which is not the email address allocated within settings 'Primary Sender Details'. Other SMS's I have used allowed multiple email accounts.
It would be extremely handy if RTOs had the ability to add multiple company email accounts against our settings, so when we are sending emails we can choose which global company email address to send from depending on the communication and which department.
One of our departments as a work around solution we have applied the department email address to each users contact card as their default email address, however by doing this we are then unable to utilize the follow up tasks as emails associated to these user tasks don't go direct to the user.
Is there any plans to allow RTOs to apply more than 1 global email address to their sender settings?
