Prevent learner access to suspended courses
We would welcome an improved and simpler ability to control a learners access to a course in the Learner Portal.
Currently the only way to prevent a learner from maintaining access to their course is to change the access date of each module in a learning plan. This is convoluted and time consuming.
When a learner's course status is changed to "suspended", can the system block their access to the course in the learner portal. This would primarily be for learners who owe money for a course and we want to "suspend" their access.
It seems odd that a course that is "suspended" doesn't actually trigger any change to the learner portal access.

Furthermore, changing the status to Suspended or Deferred does not affect the enrolment dates. The new RTO Standards 2025 use the terms Suspended and Deferred in student support, and it would be great for AXC to update these options accordingly. Surely, if an enrolment is suspended/deferred, it would pause the enrolment term and resume it once it is returned to in progress? Can the system also autogenerate notes that provide details of the date the status was changed to suspended or deferred for reference, rather than having to manually adjust dates and record notes every time
