Hi everyone, I thought I had seen a post about workshop logs before but I couldn't find it. So sorry if this is repeated. It would be really great if there were more actions logged in the workshop log. We try and track enrolments between workshops, but when a student is moved to a different workshop there is no way to track this from the original workshop (that I've found). I think it would be great if the event is logged e.g. something like

12/07/2024 12:11 PM John Smith was moved to workshop CT 1833336 Newcastle by Jane Doe

  Hi Belinda,

  Not aXc, but just thought I'd clarify - do you mean the overall workshop log? Or the student status log?

  In the student status log (selecting View/Change status) from the select action drop down box should show you the log of when they were originally booked, if they've moved, etc.

  Hi Tom, thanks for asking the question to clarify :) I was looking at the overall workshop log.

  If we look at an individual student, we can see where they were moved from, but looking at a workshop we can't see what student movement there has been for that workshop. So we'd like to go to a workshop and see what students were booked but then moved out of the workshop.

  No worries at all :) I'm always happy to clarify. Sometimes things make complete sense to you but when people read it they view it differently. Text is always hard. I should have added an image to show the spot I meant :)

  100% agree Belinda, the Workshop log records some things (dates, times, max numbers, $) but not move or transfer or trainer changes. The more of an audit trail the better.
