Hey Team,

Would be great if there was a way in aXcelerate to obtain pass/fail rates at a question level for 'quiz' assessment types.  This information could help inform continuous improvement, as would help to identify questions which are typically being answered incorrectly - indicating that education around that topic needs to be improved, or perhaps the question need to be reworded.

Example:  We had an example recently for where a student had made a number of attempts at a multiple choice question, then gave feedback that he felt it was worded poorly.  On review of the question, we felt it was ok - but we'd rather have the confidence by checking the pass/fail rates on this question to see if there is a trend of other students who may also have experienced difficulty.

  This would be beneficial to see how many others wouldn't understand a particular question and give us ideas on how to turn the question around.

  This is such an important piece of data to pull, and it would help us see areas for improvement in our assessments.
