Help Request Internal Note function

It would be helpful if there was a prompt to let users know the next step if the 'orange' background appears with a dotted line around the message if the Internal Note was inadvertently checked before sending the message. Even if a 'i' icon popped up so the user would know that the message was not sent and needs to be re-entered/submitted and then Internal Note checked.
