Recycling Bin for Deleted Assessments

A recycling bin for deleted assessment instances, either for admin or for the learner the assessment is related to could be useful. There should also be a prompt when deleting an enrolment in an assessment instance from a class to double check that you want to delete it. Today I accidentally deleted an assessment instance and there was no warning/confirmation, and it couldn't be retrieved so the learner has lost all their answers.
