Agreements! set signature fields upon individual student

For NSW Training Plans, the employer is required to sign to confirm competence for each unit of competency. We cannot have the employer signing against all units in one go. This should happen over time as the student progresses through the units. 

Can we please have the function to add signature fields once the template is generated against the student enrolment, but before sending for signature? Currently we can only add this on the template its self :)
