Automatic pre-filled information & duplicate prevention

1. It would be really handy if, when adding a contact to a course, if they are not in the system and new contact is selected, the name is automatically populated in the first and last name field

2. If pre-attendance list received checkbox is automatically checked once contacts are enrolled instead of having to manually tick the box by updating the course

3. If when bulk-enrolling, a dialog box with contact information, (name, email, phone and company), comes up with "this person has the same information, do you want to use or create a new contact"
