Option to Add Custom Icons/Colours for Assessments

With learning plans & multiple assessments, it can become quite time consuming to see at a glance what a student has done in their timetable as we have to hover our mouse over the assessment and wait for the title to load. It would be great if the blue clipboard for the assessments was treated as a 'default' icon but there was an option to upload custom icons.

I believe this would be a great feature as it would give RTO's the choice of having more flexibility & customization as well as helping trainers & admin to better see at a glance what the student has completed.
