Learner Help Requests in Learner Portal
I would like to see notification improvements for learners in the learner portal when a Learner Help Request has been responded to.
Currently it appears that when a reply is sent to a student, the notification icon on the help request doesn't get updated unless the student does a screen refresh. It only updates if they have the help request screen open and visible.
In the Admin Portal, the notification counter is updated as soon as a request is lodged or responded to. It would be great if the Learner Portal did the same thing so that a Learner who is working through a course knows that they have received a response to their request.
