Unit Level instead of Qualification Level
For our purposes, it would be highly useful and a lot less time consuming if functions in aXcelerate were based at Unit level and not Qualification level.
As Units can be in multiple Qualifications, it would be extremely easy to map, create assessments etc at Unit level and then these simply remain with the Unit when it is within each Qualification.
We are finding a lot of instances where information needs to be entered multiple times across all qualifications the unit appears in which could be totally avoided if things were set up to apply to Units instead of Qualifications.
Is this possible?

Hi Karen, unsure if you are referring to just unit level functions within the LMS platform, however we are also experiencing issues within the SMS where if a unit is delivered FFS within a funded qualification, we can not simply remove the contract at a unit level. We have to remove the contract at enrolment level, and then apply the contract to the other units where we are wanting to claim funding for within the funded qualification. This then impacts reporting at an enrolment level, where if we were wanting to report on contract against the enrolments we can't due to the contract needing to be removed to cater for 1 FFS unit.
