It would be great if there was a report that can provide data on the certificates deleted including the notes added when it was deleted.

We would like to workout the common issues with issuing certificates and why a cert had to be deleted so we can improve our processes via training.

  Thank you for your feedback.
  
  The Certificate Register report does offer the ability to filter for deleted certificates, which can be used in combination with the Certificate Comment display field to view the data you you've mentioned you're seeking.

  Agree, this would help with continuous improvement against work instructions/workflows, to understand why we are needing to delete qualifications.

  Agree! This report would allow me to have greater in sight on common errors and fix workflows to minimise the number being deleted :)
