Review period for templates

Having a review period in the resource library is great for our review process, but I admit we do neglect templates.

Not sure how popular it would be, but it would be great if we could set review periods against templates so we could have something system driven to review these documents.

  This would be an excellent addition to aXcelerate. It will provide a prompt for us to review older template, and deactivate those not being used.
