Account Login interface improvements for Learners with multiple providers

I would love to see some improvements to the Global Login process and/or Learner Portal interface for students who have active accounts with multiple providers.
As aXcelerate is presumably bringing on more and more clients, we are increasingly experiencing students having difficulty with the global login process when they have an existing aXcelerate account with another provider.
One suggestion I have to address this is a simple interface which appears when the student first logs into the Learner Portal, which prompts them to select the logo of the organisation whose Learner Portal they are trying to access.
Another suggestion is to including messaging in the Global Login process which alerts students in these cases to the fact that they have an "existing aXcelerate account, but it's with a different provider" with a prompt that lets them know that they can easily toggle between accounts.

I have recently closed this thread and requested the discussion continue here, so that we can keep feedback consolidated.
I'll be meeting with some stakeholders internally over the coming days to see what is/isn't possible with our authentication system (AWS Cognito).
Once we have a clearer understanding, we'll provide further information on our plans for improving the login experience.
