"Calendar view" calendar starts on Mondays

"Search courses" - "Date" / "Finance - Advanced Invoice" calendars start on Sundays

Can all calendars have Monday start?

  Hovering over the calendar icon also starts on a Sunday. It would be nice to have consistency. I also prefer the weeks to start on Mondays.
