Queue Saved Report for empty reports

Currently using the workflow engine to queue some saved reports, and if there is no data in a report, you get the following message when clicking on the link: 

This report has run successfully but there were no results.

It would be great if this could somehow be incorporated into the email (or an option to not run the process if there are no results in a report on a given day).

  I totally agree with Tom. It's quite redundant to be given a report link with no results. I'd love it if the notice wasn't sent for 0 results. That way you are only notified when needed.
