Removing the default tick on Statements of Attainment

It would be great if the default ticked box for the record of results was unticked at all times and up to the user to tick if they require credit transfers to be listed when issuing statement of attainments.

Previous RTO's credit transfers are not required to be listed on current RTO's SOA's.
