New Categories/Ability to Edit Categories for Learner Help Requests

Learner help requests are a great function - but introducing more options for RTOs to customise what learners can select or providing us the option to customise these to better suit our cohort, would be incredibly helpful for managing comms. Would love to see this in a future update!
