Choose Assessor to Submit for approval

At the moment all assessments that have been 'submitted for approval' ends up in a big pile of 'marked assessments' and then the assessors have to go and find their assessments to finalise. 

It would be great if the person submitting for approval could choose who needs to do the approval and then it would drop into their marking pile, or at least be able to mark it for the assessor to pick up. At the moment they don't know there are assessments there to be finalised unless they go looking for it.
