Resource Library Sorting

Users have commented about the utility of the Resources Library in its current form.
Some requests are quite old and not been actioned.
Hence my request is hopefully more easily implemented - that is to have an additional field in the Update Resource and Add Resource dialogue box to add an additional descriptor.

This field would need to be available on the summary page i.e. main resource page for secondary filtering.
This would allow us to sort items by title then by secondary description.
E.g. A search result has primary sort (Resource Name e.g. unit title/number) & secondary sort (eg type of resource as described in secondary field)
