    Hi Jennifer

Thanks for your suggestion. This is something I'm hoping we can do in the near future. We recently completed a backend task that blocked us from starting on your request, so now we just have to find space in the roadmap for it :)

Thanks as always for your feedback.

    Cheers

    Hi Belinda

Glad to hear you're excited for the improvements :)
Here are some design mockups - let me know if you have any feedback!

Thanks Mark for the mock-ups :) Will there be a notice shown somewhere obvious for the student? If the agreements are tucked away in a tab or menu item the Student may still not see outstanding items.

    Hi Belinda

That's the plan, yes. It won't be available with the initial release but will come as a future improvement.

Great idea! This is consistent with the assessment progress colour theme.

For the notice for the student portal, could the Agreements tab show a number in a circle as a flag?

Hi Mark, just wanted to jump on the back of this idea. I can see that agreements are now available in the Learner Portal, it would be great if Supervisors and RTO representatives could also access and sign via the Learner Portal if they have a user profile. As an enterprise RTO our supervisors also have access to the learner portal in aXcelerate.

    Hi everyone

Thanks for your continued interest in this feature.

As you may have seen in our Release Notes, we recently released an improvement to support Agreements in the Learner Portal.

I have a follow-up task planned that will help draw the Learner's attention to this new area if they have outstanding Agreements (e.g. notifications when they login, etc.).

Subsequently, we hope to allow Agreements to be used as Elements in Learning Plans.

Please let me know if you have any further feedback on this feature.

Helen, thanks for the feedback regarding your Enterprise use-case. That isn't top of our priorities right now but I've noted your feedback and will look to address that problem in the future as part of the Enterprise feature that we've previously discussed.

    Kind Regards
    Mark
