Surveys added to Learning plan

Would like to have the functionality to have Survey's added as a task in the learning plan. This could include survey's created internally and the learner engagement surveys that are required by ASQA. this would be the actual survey to complete not just the link to the survey.

This would help greatly when it comes to obtaining the feedback from the students as currently the number to Learner engagement surveys that are being completed is nothing compared to the number of surveys that go out.
