<iframe> or Video Upload system in the template area - URGENT

Dear team,

We are enjoying the aX functionality a lot. However, there are some concerns. We use templates for multiple purposes, one of which is enrolment confirmation or LMS user guide orientation. Providing just bullet points may not be sufficient, as we also need to consider visual learners who can better understand what we are communicating.

We tried putting videos of the aX library; however, this only allows downloading. This practice does not help students conveniently view the content. The most convenient method would be to click and play, using an obvious <iframe> or area in a manner similar to how it occurs in the learning area. This looks good too.

Additionally, the pop-up that happens with our link is not desirable. It displays all organisational data, and storing it would be cumbersome. Please address this concern as soon as possible.

  Hi Krishna, when you enable “advanced html” in the template, you can edit the source code for the template. Will it allow you to code an iframe in the required place? I haven’t tried it but it’s a thought…
