Agreement Template - Ability to change

We have been told by numerous students that the agreement template that arrives in their email inbox looks like spam and they automatically deleted it. 

It would be far better if the actual template was the part that was emailed with a 'click here to sign' spot down the bottom instead of having to click to read the template.

  We have also received reports from organizations and students that they feel it looks like a spam email as well. It would be great if as an RTO we can customize the wording to be specific to the agreement.
