Updating Help & Support Center
Hi - i'm having trouble following the Help & Support Center due to some of them being outdated.
User Tasks in particular as they are over 5 years old. I also can't follow along with the webinar as it displays options that aren't in our current 2023 version.
I'm trying to utilise the whole of the Quality platform (Workflows, User Tasks, reminders for task follow ups etc)

It's good to hear from you.
As part of the ongoing management of our knowledge base, we have identified a number of help guides that could use updates to match the system as it presently is. I’ve made sure to include the User Tasks guide for review as part of this process.
Regarding your experience, it doesn't appear the User Task feature has been enabled for your account. I will create a ticket in our support centre to reach out and discuss having this enabled.
