Learning Plan - more flexibility in settings re modules & prereqs

Hi Team,
We have a lot of multi-day courses that include prerequsites or prework that we want to be completed. However, due to business needs, we also need flexibility in delivery (modules/assessments out of order etc). 

My understanding is we need to have the units in the same module to force the completion of one assessment/unit first or we need to have the modules in order and force completion of Module 1 before Module 2. 

However, I would like to have the flexibility to force Assessment 1 completed before Assessment 6 in different modules, and the ability to have Module 2 completed before Module 7.

I am happy for "Assessment 2" or "Module 3" to be completed at any time.

I would like the current settings to be expanded to allow assessments across modules, or specific modules completed in order. 

I hope that makes sense.

  I also agree that Learning Plans need a lot more flexibility in settings so RTOs can customise the learning/assessment flow to suit their needs.
