Assessment Re-attempts

It would be great if the assessor could decide whether to issue a build-on attempt or a blank assessment at the time of issuing a new attempt. 

I understand that you can select this in the assessment type settings, but it would be great if it could be modified on a case-by-case basis instead of a blanket decision. 

This would be handy for when students are returning after a long interval or are caught cheating and need to complete the whole assessment again.
