Remove background from content items in Learning Plan

It would be very nice to be able to remove the white box from around content items in a Learning Plan. I find all the boxes confusing for the eye and cluttered. If we removed the box around the content, the learner could then easily distinguish the actionable items and it would be easier to digest.
