We have this same issue - would be great if this can be improved.

Yeah, I am not a fan of this either. I think you can put a check box on them that students need to complete to indicate they have completed but we use training plans to progressively release stuff to students and having future ones show as completed when we haven't released the associated assessments yet looks wrong.

Yes. Would be great to have a learning plan module with just content/text/links without it showing as complete.

    Eg. an overview module:

100% agree! We also have the same issue with modules appearing as complete when the student has just enrolled.

    Agree,
We also would like the widget to make them do each component, not skip sections to only complete the assessments.
ie - the widget will have up next as assessment task 2, not watching the video or reading the content.
Allowing us to choose what we want students to do and the order would be better.

Another impact of the learning plan status incorrectly showing as 'completed' is that the default display for the Learning Plan screen is 'in progess'.

This means you need to open the Module Enrolment screen and manually change the filter to ALL so you can see the students who are actually still 'in progress'.

It would be great if we could see in progress students on the first Learning Plan - Schedule Class Module Dates screen even if the module has no assessments.
