Additional Security Layer on 'Primary Key Contact'
We have recently had an issue where our primary contact profile was updated in error during an attempted merge profile process. This profile is also the profile that is used to record contact notes whenever a system action is performed such as a workflow sending a template out to a contact etc and is listed as our primary key contact profile.
It would be great if an extra layer of security could be assigned to a designated contact profile (or a single contact profile) to prevent an unauthorised update from being made.
This could be in the form of a setting that only allows a user with the 'administrator' user role the ability to amend it. The tick box could be ticked on the contact profile to enable the 'protected mode' etc.
