Multiple Room for a Workshop

There needs to be an option to add more than one room to a workshop that is delivered by a single trainer. We have individual smaller rooms that can be opened up to into one larger room to accommodate more learners for a course but only one room shows as booked in the resource calendar

The option of assigning a second room via the complex dates function has been explored but it requires adding the workshop date again and creates a double booking in the trainer calendar.

It would be more efficient and potentially less confusing if there was a multi-room selection option at the time that the workshop is created.

  Agree. It also helps in scenarios where the theory of the course is delivered at one venue and practical is delivered at another venue on the same day.
