Hosts for work placement

We have a lot of students who go on work placement for four weeks every 12 weeks and we would like to be able to add all of the workplace agreement documents to the host organisation which is not currently available. We can add to a hosts contact profile but ideally it would be good to have all the documents under the host organisation for ready reference.
