Organisation Contact card - notes / emailing and attaching files

Adding notes in Organsation contact card is helpful including the ability to attach a file. We will then email this note sometimes either internally but in some cases also to the Organisation's designated contact person/s. The fact that the "attached file" is not sent in this email is a major disappointment. We often send copies of certificates to the organisation and feel its good practice to have a log within the organisation contact profile showing this information
