Update LE/ES Workflows and templates so they can reference the course name when being sent

We have students who do multiple courses and employers who have multiple students with us.

It would be useful if there was an option to include the course name in LE survey emails and Student Name + Course Name in ES surveys so that when they are sent people don't think it is just a double up and so they know what course and student they are answering the survey about.

After asking support I was told there is not currently any way I can include this in a workflow so I am hoping it could be something that is added.
