Learner Portal creation trigger in workflow

would be very useful to have a trigger based on the creation of the Learner Portal. This could be used for many things including a template sent to the student upon creation of the LP with login details etc so they have current info on what authentication method they used.  The trigger could also be used to run live reports on workshops to see who hasn't created a LP yet and then send reminder emails etc.... Multiple uses
