Agreed, the ability to add some instruction would be useful to the template that displays.

Agree.  It would be so much better if the Agreements functionality could be applied to general templates - i.e. set up an agreement to be an attachment of another template (similar to / instead of "attach as a PDF").  This would allow for things such as sending a Letter of Offer template, with a link to the Student Agreement that they need to sign.  Currently the blanket email that accompanies Agreements is not a good user experience for the recipient.  This means the RTO needs to send multiple, disparate emails to get something signed.

Agreed - We have training plans that we can send as agreement asking for signature for multiple parties but some think it is Spam or Admin will have to send multiple emails or SMS to follow-up so it would be great if we can add our brandings and customize the wordings.

It looks like you can customise the wording on the email that is sent.

Create a template and then set this as the Default System Template, from the top of the templates main page.

I haven't tried it yet but read it in a help guide.

I know it is still a single template and some of you were hoping to be able to use different templates but hopefully this info is still useful.

I've just been trying to set up a Signature request email text template but find it's very limited in the fields that can be chosen.  It would be great if we could have some more fields that are relevant to the agreement eg. agreement name, primary contact name.  I totally agree that the default email is way too generic.
