Including the Learner Engagement Survey as a non-assessable item in the Learning Plan

Is there a way we can include a link to the Learner Engagement Survey as a non-assessable item in the Learning Plan?  Survey apathy is very real and this would enable RTO's to get better data to inform the reports that need to be submitted.

    I see there have been no comments for a year so I am guessing this is still not resolved.

    If you get the survey URL, then generate a QR code for it using one of the many free online QR code generators, you include both the URL as an active link and the QR code in a Word or .pdf document and use that as a submission assessment item. Your trainers can the simply click the assessment item as complete, and the learner gets resulted.

    I find the aXcelerate LE/ES surveys a bit useless, you cannot export the data. aXcelerate must store it as a spreadsheet in order to generate those charts, if we had the raw data available we could do that too.

    I now have the LE/ES in Microsoft Forms, which does have exportable data, and it is easy to compile a QI report from that.
