Relocate eLearning and Assessments to different Learning Plan Modules

Currently you cannot move an element from one module to another (even when it hasn't been published yet). So when I have added it to a module with the dates, units of competencies, and rules attached - I would like to be able to move that element into a different module without having to start from scratch and have to add the dates, UoC and rules again.
