Save template to portfolio from workshop

It would be great if we could have the save template to portfolio that is currently available in classes available when creating workshop templates.

  The "Save to Portfolio" option is not available when running "Templates" through the "Contact" page as well.

  This would be a nice thing to have as some organisations use templates for Contacts who are not enrolled in a class.
