Report to help with eCAF Progressions

It would be great to have reporting functionality that can pull eCAF details within parameters to help with eCAF progressions.

For example, to be able to pull a report including eCAF Status and Progessions: Latest Status / Next Due date in the filders. And include display fields for Unit of Study, VSL deferred amounts, census dates etc.

This would help with cross-checking before actioning eCAF progressions in the eCAF interface.
